1) Where do you most feel like an “outsider” when it comes to God—what barriers (real or perceived) make you hesitate to come to Jesus? What does this passage reveal about who can come to Jesus—and on what basis?

2) Where in your life are you tempted to stop praying, stop asking, or stop pursuing Jesus? The woman holds together humility (“I’m not worthy”) and confidence (“You are merciful”). Which of those is harder for you and why? How does knowing Jesus welcomes persistent, humble faith change the way you approach Him this week?

3) What do you notice about the scope of Jesus’ blessing here (who is included, how much is given)? Who in your life might feel like an “outsider,” and how can you reflect Jesus’ welcome to them?
