1. When did the Kingdom of God first become “real” or compelling to you—not just true, but valuable? Are there ways familiarity with Christianity might dull our sense of the Kingdom’s worth?

2. Where do you most instinctively look for security, joy, or identity when life feels shaky? What things in your life feel hardest to imagine letting go of—even hypothetically?

3. Why do you think Jesus emphasizes joy in surrender rather than reluctance or obligation? Are there areas where you are obeying Christ externally but still negotiating internally?

4. If someone looked at your calendar, spending, and emotional energy, what would they assume you treasure most? What would change in your life if you truly believed that gaining Christ is never a loss?
