For Further Reflection: 

1) Which season of life are you currently experiencing? How has that season shaped your relationship with God?

2) Have you ever looked back and seen God's purpose in a season that made little sense while you were living through it? What did that experience teach you about your limitations and God's wisdom?

3) The Preacher says there is "nothing better" than to be joyful, do good, and receive God's gifts with gratitude. What gifts from God are you most tempted to overlook in your current season?

4) Looking back over your life, can you identify a season that you would not have chosen but that God used for your good? How does God's sovereignty over every season encourage you in your current circumstances?
