Chryssy is serving on a team of volunteers that are reaching out to a Muslim East African refugee population in Pittsburgh. They seek to build relationships and provide practical help to the families in the community in order to share the gospel with them. The team was asked to help the community create a dictionary for the language that this refugee population speaks because there have never been written resources published in this language. Chryssy serves as the primary linguist for this team. David's heart is to care for people physically as well as spiritually, so he is now in medical school. Their long-term vision is to serve overseas in a country where David’s medical degree would provide an opportunity to
serve where others may not be permitted.
