Three new ABS (Adult Bible Study) classes began January 15th :
**Gospel of John; God doesn’t just want us to read His Word. He wants us to know it and apply its truth to our lives. We will see in the gospel of John that every miraculous sign and every powerful sermon John recorded pointed toward Christ and His offer of eternal life. That’s why, even today, readers continue to connect deeply with John’s Gospel—and with the Savior his Gospel reveals.
**Minor Prophets Amos, Jonah, Hosea, and Micah; Long ago, God spoke to the people of Israel and Judah through these prophets, and His messages to turn the hearts of the people back toward Himself have lasting significance for us today. Join us as we seek to better understand God’s reaction to sin, the need for repentance, and the hope of salvation found in Jesus Christ.
** The Heartbeat of a Disciple: Part 1. A disciple’s life is predicated on and rooted in the spiritual disciplines. But the world’s many distractions encourage anything but discipline. A true disciple of Jesus responds with the disciplines found in scripture: reading the Bible, prayer, community, serving, and evangelism. (Click here to register - Registration is only necessary for this class)
Sunday morning at 9:00 and 10:30 AM our FCC kids classes are grouped by age levels Nursery – 5th grade. In our kids class we provide worship through music, prayer, snack, Bible lesson, Scripture memorization, missionary of the month prayer, games or craft (all reinforcing the Bible lesson) and lots and lots of fun!
Your child will be with our team of loving and trained volunteers. Each teacher and assistant has reviewed our safety and security policies along with having a background check. All children must be checked in by a parent/guardian prior to class. Parent/guardian must show their corresponding label when picking up their child.
To join our Children’s Ministry team of volunteers please contact Amy McDougall at: amy@faithcommunity.net
Registration is requested for children as we use positive ID in our check-in system and it is a great help to have them pre-registered. Click Here To Register
