Good News Jail and Prison Ministry

Good News Jail and Prison Ministry was incorporated in Virginia in 1961 as a non-profit organization formed for the purposes of organizing a visiting program for the benefit of inmates of correctional institutions, witnessing to inmates and their families, aiding in a physical and spiritual rehabilitation of men and women upon their release from an institution, and providing an educational program. Beginning with only one chaplain, Good News Jail and Prison Ministry is now in 21 countries, 21 states, and one U.S. Territory. FCC supports three chaplains in Anne Arundel County, Brit Fletcher, Chase Wood, and Alisa DePriest, as well as Jon Evans the GNJPM President who oversees this international ministry.
